Since entering the natural rubber processing equipment sector in 2004, Zhanjiang Weida Machinery has remained committed to quality improvement and product evolution. A practice-driven technology entrepreneur in natural rubber processing equipment
Mr. Lai Weiping grew up in a rubber plantation family and has long focused on R&D and engineering practice for natural rubber processing equipment. With a solid mechanical engineering background and systematic process insight, he has continued to drive the company's development through technology and engineering execution.
Under his leadership, the company systematically restructured traditional natural rubber processes, optimized the former two-stage granulation route into a single-pass granulation route, and independently developed the single-screw crushing and squeezing-washing machine. This route has been validated in multiple projects and has shown strong processing efficiency and energy-use performance.
By sustaining independent R&D, he has led the team to build multiple patented and proprietary technologies. These technologies have been applied in crushing, washing, dewatering, granulation, drying, and automated production lines for natural rubber processing.
Under his guidance, the WEIJIN brand has grown into a Chinese brand serving customers across multiple overseas markets.
