Mr. Lai Weiping grew up in a rubber plantation family and has long focused on R&D and engineering practice for natural rubber processing equipment. With a solid mechanical engineering background and systematic process insight, he is a technology-driven industry leader.
Under his leadership, the company systematically restructured traditional natural rubber processes, optimizing the former two-stage granulation route into a single-pass granulation route, and independently developed the single-screw crushing and squeezing-washing machine. This integrated multiple stages including crushing, squeezing, kneading, and washing. While ensuring product quality stability, it significantly improved processing quality and efficiency while reducing energy consumption and equipment complexity.
By sustaining independent R&D, he has led the team to secure over 30 patents.
