Product Positioning: In TSR production, freshly dried rubber trolleys are extremely hot. Traditional manual prying is inefficient and poses burn risks. This device serves as a key transfer point between drying and packaging, filling the automation gap at the discharge station.

How It Works: Once a trolley full of finished rubber is pushed into the station, the device starts. Multiple needle matrices penetrate and rigidly fix the blocks, then a mechanical lift pulls them out and places them on the discharge conveyor, all without manual intervention.
