Product Positioning

In compound rubber lines or any process involving thermal milling, the post-treatment cooling machine is a critical unit following heat treatment equipment like dry mixers or internal mixers. It rapidly and uniformly cools activated high-temperature rubber to a safe level, preventing accidental early vulcanization (scorch) and creating ideal conditions for subsequent baling, storage, or further processing.

The primary role is to provide forced, rapid cooling for compound and mixed rubber immediately after thermal processes like dry mixing, internal mixing, or calendering. High-temperature rubber is placed on a slow-moving stainless steel mesh belt conveyor and enters a sealed cooling tunnel. A group of axial fans at the top blows powerful cold air downward, while side exhaust fans quickly remove hot air that has absorbed heat from the rubber, forming an efficient, circulating forced air cooling system.
