Product Positioning
As a critical unit in compound and mixed rubber lines, the dry mixing machine addresses deep-seated quality issues in dry rubber (such as residual moisture and white spots) while enabling macro-scale continuous mixing of multiple rubber types (e.g., natural and synthetic rubber). It is essential for producing high-quality, specialized compound rubber.
For rubber blocks that still have internal moist 'white spots' after drying, the high-speed shear, friction, and compression between rotating and fixed blades generate endogenous heat. This evaporates residual moisture, completely eliminating white spots and improving internal consistency. As a continuous mixer, it can also uniformly blend two or more types of rubber.
Product Advantages
Precise White-Spot Elimination: The mechanical shear heat provides gentle and uniform 'secondary drying,' fundamentally eliminating defects caused by residual moisture.
Efficient Continuous Mixing: Continuous feeding and discharge design ensures thorough shearing and kneading of different components for superior mixing compared to traditional batch equipment.
High Energy Efficiency: Heat generated during the mixing process is directly used for quality improvement, achieving high internal energy utilization.
Robust Structure & Easy Operation: Strong construction and stable operation with automated control ensure ease of use and long-term value.
Applicable Product Types
Natural Rubber (NR), Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS), Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Synthetic Rubber, and other dried rubber blocks.
Application Scenarios
Compound Rubber Production Lines: Used for mixing and homogenizing multiple rubber types.
Standard Rubber Production Lines: Used to eliminate white spots after drying, improving appearance and grade.
