Product Positioning

It utilizes high-speed rotating hammers to repeatedly impact, shear, and tear the rubber entering the chamber. Combined with water flushing, it breaks the rubber into small granules.

This intense physical action effectively separates stubborn impurities like sand and bark trapped inside the rubber, significantly increasing its purity and grade. It is an essential tool for producing TSR 10 and TSR 20.

What is the difference between a hammer mill and a shredder?

A hammer mill uses impact force for deep cleaning and coarse crushing of dirty or high-impurity natural rubber feedstock. A shredder uses blades for precise granulation and size control of cleaner sheet rubber.

Do the hammers wear out quickly?

Since hammer mills process materials with high sand content, the hammers are wear parts. However, we use specialized wear-resistant alloys to extend their life. Additionally, the hammers are designed to be reversible, doubling their utilization.

Is the machine noisy during operation?

Due to the impact principle, noise levels are relatively high. We have included vibration-damping features in the design. We recommend installation in an isolated workshop or using soundproofing to meet environmental standards.
