Product Positioning

It utilizes high-speed rotating hammers to repeatedly impact, shear, and tear the rubber entering the chamber. Combined with water flushing, it breaks the rubber into small granules.

This intense physical action effectively separates stubborn impurities like sand and bark trapped inside the rubber, significantly increasing its purity and grade. It is an essential tool for producing TSR 10 and TSR 20.

Product Advantages

  • Superior Impurity Removal: Powerful hammer impact thoroughly breaks up rubber coagulum, exposing and separating deep-seated impurities far more effectively than standard breakers.

  • Large Crushing Ratio: Capable of crushing large blocks directly into fine granules, greatly increasing surface area for better washing and drying.

  • High Wear Resistance: Hammers and liners are cast from wear-resistant materials like high-manganese steel for durability in harsh conditions.

  • Simple & Reliable: No complex internal transmission mechanisms, resulting in a low failure rate and easy maintenance.

  • High Efficiency: Smooth feeding and rapid discharge support continuous, large-scale operation.

Applicable Product Types

Low-grade natural rubber, cup lumps, field-collected rubber, coagulum, and various types of scrap rubber requiring deep cleaning.

Application Scenarios

  • TSR 10/20 Production Lines: A key crushing and washing unit, typically positioned after the initial breaker.

  • Waste Rubber Processing: Used for crushing and cleaning recycled scrap rubber.

FAQ

What is the difference between a hammer mill and a shredder?

A hammer mill uses impact force for deep cleaning and coarse crushing of dirty or scrap materials. A shredder uses blades for precise granulation and size control of cleaner sheet rubber.

Do the hammers wear out quickly?

Since hammer mills process materials with high sand content, the hammers are wear parts. However, we use specialized wear-resistant alloys to extend their life. Additionally, the hammers are designed to be reversible, doubling their utilization.

Is the machine noisy during operation?

Due to the impact principle, noise levels are relatively high. We have included vibration-damping features in the design. We recommend installation in an isolated workshop or using soundproofing to meet environmental standards.
