Product Positioning
In the drying section of natural rubber processing, the RFL series vertical hot air furnace serves as the 'heart' of the hot air drying system. Its advanced indirect heating technology eliminates smoke pollution at the source, making it essential for high-quality rubber production.
The core role is to burn solid fuels (such as coal or wood) and efficiently transfer heat to clean air, generating high-temperature, pure hot air. The output temperature reaches up to 250°C, providing a stable supply for downstream rubber drying. The integrated combustion and heat exchange design completely isolates smoke from the air, ensuring absolute cleanliness.
Product Advantages
Clean Heating & Quality Assurance: Indirect heating prevents smoke, dust, and sulfur from entering the drying chamber, ensuring pure color and odor-free finished rubber.
High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Features high-mixing heat exchange and multi-layer counter-current flow design, achieving thermal efficiency over 70%. Supports low-cost fuels like coal and wood to significantly reduce energy costs.
Durable & Stable Performance: Key components use high-temperature resistant materials, providing a service life far exceeding traditional tube-type hot air furnaces.
Compact Design & Easy Installation: The vertical cylindrical design has a small footprint, saving space and simplifying layout and installation.
Applicable Product Types
Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Crepe Rubber Sheet (CRS), Natural Rubber (NR), Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) (without smoking requirements).
Application Scenarios
Rubber Drying Workshops: Provides a heat source for trolley-type drying ovens or tunnel drying lines.
Other Drying Industries: Heat supply for drying in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and agricultural product industries.
