Product Positioning
The Hydraulic Baling Machine is a core unit for shaping and baling finished rubber blocks, positioned after the drying line. It compresses dried granules or crepe sheets into standard-sized bales, serving as the final critical stage of the natural rubber production process.
This equipment is designed for efficient compression of dried natural rubber, scrap rubber, TSR, and reclaimed rubber. Its key feature is the dual-box bidirectional moving cylinder design; while one box is performing the pressing operation, the other can simultaneously be loaded or unloaded. This greatly increases continuous operation capacity and overall line productivity.
Product Advantages
High Automation & Efficiency: Dual-box bidirectional movement automates the loading, baling, and unloading cycle, significantly boosting productivity.
Flexible Operation Modes: Offers automatic, semi-automatic, and manual control modes to meet diverse production needs.
Uniform Bale Quality: Combines precision sensors with hydraulic systems to ensure every bale meets standard pressure, weight, and dimension requirements.
Stable & Low Failure Rate: Robust frame and high-quality components ensure long-term stability with minimal maintenance and downtime.
Wide Material Compatibility: Suitable for natural rubber, scrap rubber, reclaimed rubber, and various other rubber types.
Applicable Product Types
Natural Rubber (NR), Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS), Crepe Rubber Sheet (CRS), Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Reclaimed Rubber.
Application Scenarios
End of Rubber Production Lines: Used for molding finished rubber into standard compact bales.
Reclaimed Rubber Plants: Used for baling and packaging reclaimed rubber products.
