Product Positioning
In TSR production lines, the sheeting machine is a key pre-treatment unit positioned between the coagulation tanks and crepers. It acts as a 'pioneer' for primary volume reduction and dewatering of large, high-moisture coagulum blocks.
Using one or two pairs of powerful counter-rotating rollers, it forces latex coagulum or large mats into thin sheets of uniform thickness. During this process, large amounts of free water are squeezed out, achieving efficient physical dewatering. The resulting sheets are well-formed and perfectly sized for direct feeding into crepers for fine processing.
Product Advantages
Efficient Dewatering & Energy Saving: Powerful pressure instantly removes large amounts of water, reducing the load on subsequent stages and lowering energy needed for final drying.
Optimized Creping Process: Provides uniform sheets that allow for stable creper feeding, avoiding jams or overloads caused by oversized blocks.
Robust & Durable: Features high-strength alloy rollers and a thick steel frame to withstand intense pressure for long-term stable operation.
High Versatility & Capacity: Handles both standard latex coagulum and irregular scrap rubber mats with excellent thinning results.
Applicable Product Types
Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Crepe Rubber Sheet (CRS), Natural Rubber (NR) (latex coagulum, large mats).
Application Scenarios
TSR Production Lines: Positioned after the coagulation process for initial volume reduction and dewatering.
