Product Positioning

Its primary role is to process crepe sheets or rubber strips from the creper into uniform, breathable granules using high-speed rotating and fixed blades.

This stage is critical for subsequent drying; uniform granules increase the contact area with hot air, boosting drying efficiency and ensuring consistent physical and chemical properties of the raw rubber. Weida shredders feature advanced blade designs for high granulation rates with minimal powder, essential for producing high-quality standard rubber.

Product Advantages

  • Uniform Granulation, Low Powder: Optimized blade arrangement and clearance ensure consistent granule size and minimize fine powder, improving yield.

  • High Shear Efficiency: High-speed rotating blades combined with precision fixed blades provide powerful cutting for large-scale production needs.

  • Durable & Replaceable Blades: Blades are made from special wear-resistant alloy steel to resist impact. The split-type design allows for quick and easy replacement.

  • Stable & Low Noise: Dynamically balanced main shafts and a rigid body ensure smooth, vibration-free operation at high speeds.

  • High Adaptability: Sieve mesh size can be adjusted to control output granule size according to different TSR grade requirements.

Applicable Product Types

Technically Specified Rubber (TSR 10, TSR 20, TSR CV, TSR L, etc.).

Application Scenarios

  • TSR Processing Plants: Installed after the creper and before the dryer as the heart of the granulation section.

  • Rubber Deep Processing: Used in any scenario requiring the conversion of sheet rubber into granular raw material.

FAQ

Is the granule size adjustable?

Yes. By replacing the bottom sieve mesh with different hole sizes, you can easily adjust the output granule size to meet specific customer or TSR grade requirements.

Can the blades be sharpened or do they need to be replaced?

Our blades are designed to be professionally sharpened multiple times. When the edges become dull, they can be removed and ground to restore performance, effectively reducing costs. They only need replacement when wear reaches the limit.

Does the equipment jam easily?

We use an anti-clogging sieve design and optimized discharge structure. Under normal feeding conditions, jams are rare. The machine also features a quick-access maintenance door for rapid cleaning if needed.
