Product Positioning
A key component in TSR processing lines, used primarily for washing and dewatering standard and scrap rubber.
The screen is driven by an eccentric crankshaft to perform high-frequency linear reciprocating motion. As wet granules move along the inclined screen, water is discharged through the mesh by gravity and vibration. An overhead spray system provides a final rinse to remove residual fine impurities, further improving material purity.
