Product Positioning
Product Positioning: Baling is the final critical physical process before rubber products leave the factory. As the terminal equipment on the line, the Weida Automatic Casing & Baling Machine replaces the inefficient traditional 'manual feeding + manual press control' mode, serving as core hardware for capacity leaps and packaging standardization.
How It Works: During operation, a robotic arm automatically captures rubber blocks from upstream transfer points and precisely feeds them into the column-type hydraulic baling chamber. The system then automatically executes pressing, pressure holding, and bale discharge. Feeding and pressing are highly coordinated for continuous output.
Typical Users: Suitable for natural rubber processors and TSR producers, especially those facing capacity bottlenecks or inconsistent packaging standards at the end of the line.
Product Advantages
Significant Capacity Increase: Compared to traditional manual feeding, this integrated unit can increase single-station capacity by over 50% while reducing on-site labor by 1-2 workers.
High Space Utilization: The column-type structure features a compact footprint, allowing for flexible deployment in space-constrained older workshops.
Convenient Retrofit Compatibility: As an automation upgrade solution for existing equipment, the front-end module can directly interface with traditional Weida hydraulic balers, allowing customers to upgrade without replacing the entire line.
Applicable Materials
Natural Rubber (NR), Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Crepe Rubber Sheet (CRS)
Application Scenarios
In a large natural rubber processing plant, the end of the line originally used manual handling which was time-consuming and posed safety risks. After introducing this equipment, the robotic arm automatically captures blocks by weight and feeds them into the baler. Workers now only operate the control panel from a safe zone, and the baling rhythm has standardized to mechanical speed with highly consistent packaging dimensions.
