Project Introduction

Côte d'Ivoire is one of Africa's largest natural rubber producers. This project was designed for stable output under local infrastructure constraints while keeping operating costs competitive.

Heat Source:Dual-fuel furnace (wood / diesel)

Process & Configuration

Process Flow:Raw material pretreatment -> Crushing & washing -> Screw squeezing & cleaning -> Continuous creping -> Shredding & granulation -> Hot-air drying -> Baling

Main Equipment:Rubber washer -> Hammer slab breaker -> Single-screw squeezing washer -> Creper line -> Hammer shredder -> Tunnel dryer -> Automatic baler
