This benchmark 2025 project adopts Weida's latest low-energy dewatering technology and intelligent temperature control for medium-to-large throughput production.
Heat Source:Biomass / coal
This project was planned for a rubber-producing area in Côte d’Ivoire where the customer needed a stable 5 TPH line for TSR 20 production. The line configuration focused on balancing output, energy efficiency, and maintainability for day-to-day factory operation.
The solution combines heavy crushing, efficient squeezing and dewatering, multi-stage creping, controlled drying, and automatic packaging. It is designed to handle Cup Lump feedstock more consistently while reducing the burden on downstream drying and packing stations.
Low-energy dewatering and smart temperature control are the key differentiators of this project. For medium-to-large throughput factories, this helps improve line rhythm, keep product quality more consistent, and lower avoidable energy waste during continuous production.
Process Flow:Auto Feeding -> Heavy Crushing -> Efficient Squeezing & Dewatering -> Multi-Stage Creping -> Fine Shredding -> Smart Temperature-Controlled Drying -> Automatic Packaging
Main Equipment:Heavy-duty breaker -> New dual-screw squeezing washer -> High-speed creper set -> VFD shredder -> Energy-saving mesh-belt dryer -> Intelligent baling line
Project Suggestion:A mature and cost-effective 5 TPH configuration, well suited for new factories in West Africa.
