Project Background

This project was designed for a very large rubber processing operation in Côte d’Ivoire targeting premium TSR 10 output for export markets. The customer required both large single-site capacity and strong process stability for continuous industrial production.

Configuration Highlights

The line uses parallel dual-line crushing, deep washing, cascaded squeezing and dewatering, fine granulation, uniform drying, and automatic wrapping. This configuration is intended to maintain throughput while improving impurity control and downstream packaging efficiency.
