Heat Source:Coal-fired hot-air furnace

Process & Configuration

Process Flow:Crushing -> Creping and dewatering -> Shredding -> Creping and dewatering -> Shredding -> Drying -> Baling

Main Equipment:Slab cutter -> Creper -> Shredder -> Creper -> Shredder -> Discharge unit -> Drying line (fans, trolleys, embedded parts, insulation and sealing materials) -> Deodorization tower -> Baler
