Process & Configuration

Process Flow:Latex coagulation -> Sheeting and embossing -> Smoke drying -> Defect removal -> Grading and blending -> Kneading and compounding -> Extrusion and block forming

Main Equipment:Continuous coagulation tanks -> Multi-stage sheeting set -> Intelligent smoke-room control -> High-power internal mixer -> Compound rubber extruder
