Project Introduction

This project was built in Northeast Thailand, a major raw-material region, to produce high-quality standard rubber for export.

Heat Source:Gas-fired hot-air furnace

Process & Configuration

Process Flow:Raw material sorting -> Pre-breaking -> Secondary crushing -> Multi-stage squeezing and washing -> Creping and dewatering -> Shredding and granulation -> High-temperature drying -> Weighing and baling

Main Equipment:Large slab breaker -> Cascaded squeezing-washer set -> Heavy creper set -> High-efficiency shredder -> Multi-layer tunnel dryer -> Hydraulic baling system
