Process & Configuration

Process Flow:Raw material crushing -> Squeezing and dewatering -> Mixing and compounding -> Extrusion and granulation -> Drying -> Block forming and packaging

Main Equipment:Dual-screw squeezing washer -> Internal mixer -> Extrusion granulator -> Mesh-belt dryer -> Fully automatic block press -> Robotic palletizing
